Refund & Cancellation Policy:


  1. Payment Policy:
    • All class fees are payable in advance before the start of the new month.
    • Payments are accepted in cash or eft and cover a full calendar month of training sessions.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • No refunds will be issued for missed classes, absences, or early cancellations once payment has been made.
    • Exceptions may be considered in extraordinary cases (e.g., injury, medical emergency, or relocation), and must be supported by relevant documentation (e.g., doctor’s note). Approval is at the sole discretion of the club management.
    • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days and may be partial, depending on the number of sessions attended.
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • Members wishing to cancel their membership for the upcoming month must notify the club at least 7 days before the new month begins.
    • Failure to notify the club on time will still be held liable for the membership fees for the following month.
  4. Missed Classes:
    • Missed classes will not be carried over to the following month.
    • Make-up sessions may be offered at the club’s discretion, based on availability and reason for absence.
  5. Holidays & Club Closures:
    • If the club is closed due to instructor absence, members will be offered a make-up session, depending on the situation.
    • There will be no classes during public holidays and school holidays unless otherwise communicated.
